Book a scoping conversation
For leaders who start with a conversation rather than a form: a free working session on where your organisation stands, what to govern, and the first move that fits. No cost, no commitment, no preparation required beyond knowing your own operation.
One senior expert runs the session. You leave with a view of where you sit across the adoption stages, the two or three places AI plausibly pays first, and what a first engagement would look like if you chose to take one.

Useful context to include
- Engagement area — which area your work sits in (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, Applied AI, Bespoke Apps, Testing, or not yet sure)
- What you are trying to deliver — a sentence or two on the problem or the output you need
- Timeline — when you need to start, and whether there is a hard delivery date
- Budget signal — an order of magnitude is enough. Pricing comes through the proposal; the order of magnitude here saves a round trip.
- Platform context — what systems are involved; whether there is an existing codebase or environment we would be working in
